\[\bigl(\sqrt2x-3\bigr)x^2+\bigl(3\sqrt2x+3\bigr)y^2\leqslant0\land x\geqslant\abs y,\]
可得
\begin{align*}
S&=2\int_0^{3/\sqrt2}{x\sqrt{\frac{3-\sqrt2x}{3\sqrt2x+3}}}\rmd x\\
&=\int_0^3{t\sqrt{\frac{3-t}{3t+3}}}\rmd t\\
&=\frac32.

可以分解
$$(1 + x + y) (1 - x - y + x^2 - x y + y^2)\le1$$
