求一个三角函数恒等式的解释

在做一道题时，得到了下面这个关系$(1\pm\sin\theta\pm\cos\theta)^2=2(1\pm\sin\theta)(1\pm\cos\theta)$，类似地，下面这个等式也成立$(1\pm\sin\theta\mp\cos\theta)^2=2(1\pm\sin\theta)(1\mp\cos\theta)$.
想问下上面的恒等式有没有类似于图解证明的解释，谢谢！

勉强构造出一个几何解释：

如图，则整个大正方形面积为 `(1+\sin\theta+\cos\theta)^2`，黄色面积为 `(1+\sin\theta)(1+\cos\theta)`。
由 `\sin^2\theta+\cos^2\theta=1` 可知左上角、右下角俩小正方形面积之和等于中间的正方形面积，故黄色面积=白色面积，所以大正方形面积为黄色面积的两倍，即 `(1+\sin\theta+\cos\theta)^2=2(1+\sin\theta)(1+\cos\theta)`。
