设两个外接圆交于另一点$T$,则$AT$垂直于外心连线,只需$AD\perp AT$,或$AT$为$\angle A$ 的内角平分线,或$TB=TC$,而$\angle ATM=\angle ADM=\angle B+\frac{1}{2} \angle A-\frac{\pi}{2}$,于是$\angle BTM=\angle ATM+\angle C=\frac{1}{2}(\angle B+\angle C)=\frac{1}{2}\angle BTC$,故$TB=TC$,得证.
