用7zip解压C:\Windows\SystemResources\ieframe.dll.mun，其中\.rsrc\AVI\下有2个AVI文件：

用Windows系统自带的Windows media player可以打开。是Internet explorer下载文件的动画

感觉544.avi这个动画流畅，且文件体积小。不知用什么工具做的。

用cloudconvert.com/avi-to-gif转换为gif格式：
