确保 Windows 系统已更新到 ≥ 11.2504.52.0

• “记事本（Notepad）”界面顶部新增格式化工具栏，可对选中文本或输入内容一键应用 加粗、斜体、超链接、无序/有序列表、各级标题等，所见即所得，无需输入 `**`、`*` 等标记。
• 如需查看 Markdown 源码，可点击在“查看”菜单或右下角状态栏切换按钮
• 清除与禁用
  可通过格式化工具栏或“编辑”菜单一键清除所有格式；如果不需要格式化支持，也可在应用设置中彻底关闭该功能。

大家知道 WordPad 在 Windows 11 24H2 中正式被移除，微软不再预装这个基本的富文本处理工具。而我们今天聊的 Notepad Markdown/格式化更新，恰好填补了这一空缺。
自 Windows 95 起，WordPad 一直作为 Notepad 和 MS Word 之间的“中间件”，支持加粗、斜体、列表、图片等富文本编辑。但在 24H2 更新后，WordPad.exe 已不再随系统安装。
Notepad 新增的 Markdown 风格格式化功能，通过工具栏即可一键加粗、斜体、插入列表或超链接，并可在“格式化视图”和“源代码视图”间切换，让 Notepad 具备了类似 WordPad 的轻量富文本能力。
