[数列] 方法错了吗?

数列$\left \{ x_n \right \}$中,已知$x_1=4$,$x_n=\sqrt{2x_{n-1}+3}(n\geqslant 2)$,求证:$\left | x_n-3 \right |\leqslant \dfrac{2}{3}\left | x_{n-1}-3 \right |$.
证明:当$n\geqslant 2$时,$x_n^{2}=2x_{n-1}+3$,由此,得\[x_n^2-9=2x_{n-1}-6\Longrightarrow(x_n+3)(x_n-3)=2(x_{n-1}-3),\]容易归纳出$x_n>0$,则$x_n-3$与$x_{n-1}-3$同号,根据$x_1-3=1>0$不断递推,得$x_n-3>0$即$x_n>3$,
所以\[\left | x_n-3 \right |=\dfrac{2\left | x_{n-1}-3 \right |}{x_n+3}<\dfrac{1}{3}\left | x_{n-1}-3 \right |.\]怎么这种思路证不出所要的结论,参考答案的方法是将递推公式代入不等式左边有理化后放缩得出结论.

你用了$x_n >3$,你如果用$x_n >0$,不是就得到$\left | x_n-3 \right |\leqslant \dfrac{2}{3}\left | x_{n-1}-3 \right |$了吗?

还有个第2小问,要用第一问的结论来证,当时做的时候太纠结答案了,还有就是感觉那个系数取不到等,为什么要这么出,搞到很乱。
