求满足$2^x\leqslant (4x-1)(4x+3)$的最大正整数$x$.
最大为10，但很不好说理。我的笨法是，用零点的存在性定
理，一个一个地查。好在数据不大。
如果合理点，有什么好办法吗？大神们
