题目:过椭圆$\dfrac{x^2}{a^2}+\dfrac{y^2}{b^2}=1$上的动点$P$作直线交圆
$x^2+y^2=a^2+b^2$于两点$A,B$,若等式$|PA|\cdot |PB|=a^2-b^2$能成立,
则椭圆的离心率的范围是多少?
答案给的是$[\dfrac{\sqrt{2}}{2},1)$
我卡在无法求得$|PA|\cdot |PB|$的最大最小值,求大佬。

根本用不到蒙日圆啊,难道你忘了圆幂定理,PA*PB = R^2-OP^2 瞬间就出来范围了,简直是简单题……
