设圆与y轴的另一交点为$D$,延长$HB$交圆于另一点$E$,由圆幂定理$$ \frac{BH}{CH}=\frac{BD}{DE}=\frac{1}{DE}\ge \frac{1}{2R} $$显然是可以取等的.

谢谢,这是三角形BCH与三角形BDE相似吧,不需要用圆幂定理吧。如果把BH/CH记为m,则H的轨迹是一个阿氏圆,由几何画板可以验证这个动态阿氏圆与已知圆相切时最小,也就是H从x轴下方从左运动到右时,m是先变大再变小的,这个能证明吗?

同刚才的解法,看$DE$的变化趋势就可以。对于那个动态阿氏圆的解法,三楼的帖子也提到了,应该差不多
