不妨设$\lambda=1$ [把$f,r$同乘$1/\lambda$]
令$g(x)=e^{-kx^2}$则积分可以写成$f$与$g$的卷积\[f(x)=r+(f*g)(t)\]
拉氏变换
\[\bar f(s)=\frac rs+\bar f(s)\bar g(s)\]

$$\bar f(s)=\frac{r}{s(1-\bar g(s))}$$
