设 AB、CD 所在直线的距离为 d、夹角为 `\theta`,则 `V=\frac16d\cdot AB\cdot CD\cdot\sin\theta`。

记 AB、CD 中点为 N、M,则 `d\leqslant NM\leqslant ON+OM=\sqrt{5^2-2^2}+\sqrt{5^2-(\frac32)^2}=\sqrt{21}+\frac12\sqrt{91}`。

所以 `V\leqslant\frac16(\sqrt{21}+\frac12\sqrt{91})\cdot4\cdot3=2\sqrt{21}+\sqrt{91}`。
