代入后式
\[\frac5{2R}v_{n+1}-\frac{15}{14R}v_n-\frac37\left(\frac5{2R}v_n-\frac{15}{14R}v_{n-1}\right)=\frac{10}{7R}v_{n-1},\]
化简为
\[v_{n+1}=\frac67v_n+\frac{19}{49}v_{n-1},\]
